Job Description:
As Sample Request Handler I make sure that the process for commercial samples is set up and executed effectively in the plant, in line with the expectations from the markets. In this capacity:
- I organize and execute samples runs for commercial samples
- I communicate with the supply chain teams to execute samples taken from the warehouses
- I execute lab tests to make sure that the samples are in line with the specifications
- I communicate with the sales team to make sure an efficient process is in place
