Job Title: Category Manager-Excellence
Department Description
This position is responsible for implementation of program to drive the journey of excellence in supply chain of Fatima Group with the objective of achieving an efficient, dynamic, agile, lean supply chain, and generating value for money by implementation of global best practices and systems within the guidelines set by the company.
Brief Description
- Conduct Value Stream Mapping of SCF processes, identify wastes and develop plans for removal of wastes to make them lean with the objective to improve operational effectiveness
- Plan and implement supply chain digitalization projects and ensure smooth execution
- Recommend changes in internal control system to bridge gap identified by internal audit.
- Form a team to conduct in house audit as proactive approach to identify gaps and make plan to bridge those gaps.
- Ensure that Supply Chain Functions Policies and procedures are updated after a defined frequency.
- Analyze different types of savings and map them on system for better visibility.
- Provide support for Supply Chain audits (COSO and IMS), preparedness of system, procedures and records as per requirement of audits, and ensuring successful recertification.
- Collaborate with HR to develop and execute a comprehensive training and development program

Job Requirements
MBA from an HEC recognized University. Certification in supply chain management is preferred.
